…says victory is a call to duty

Deputy Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Mrs.) Maria Omozele Oligbi-Edeko Esq, has congratulated the new elected chairman of Esan North-East local government council, Dr. Kelly Inedegbor and all the elected counselors for winning Saturday’s local government election.
Edeko who also congratulated the chairman of Esan West, Collins Aigbogun, the Vice Chairpersons of Ovia North- East, Efosa Uyigue and Esan South-East Susan Otekpen, and other chairmen and counselors in the state on their victory at the local government Council elections, described their victory as well-deserved one and a call to duty.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by the Deputy Speaker and made available to newsmen, said the PDP as a party presented very competent candidates and carried out campaigns in all the local governments, wards, units and door-to-door, which paved way for the victory.
“It is my wish that with this victory, you will all complement the efforts of Governor Godwin Obaseki to Make Edo Great Again, the MEGA Agenda.
“Your collaborative efforts is needed to deliver massive infrastructural development and policies of Governor Godwin Obaseki-led administration to the rural areas for better life for the people.
Hon. Edeko, who represents the industrious people of Esan North-East Constituency II urged them to focus more on people’s orientated programmes and projects that would deliver the dividend of democracy to the people at the grassroot.
