NDDC: Group Writes Buhari, Tinubu Give Reasons For Hon. Aisowerien

The leadership of Niger-Delta Youth Movement, (NDYM), has called on the outgoing President Muhammadu Buhari and the President-elect Bola Hamed Tinubu not to pay attention or close to considering the empty allegations made by some minute selfish individuals regarding the recent appointment of Rt. Hon. Patrick Aisowerien into the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC).
According to Hon. Efosa Eghianruwa and Comrade Osaretin Idemudia, State Chairman and Secretary respectively who spoke to newsmen in Benin City, the capital of Edo State said they appointment is for the entire ‘Edolites’.
They said the appointment of Hon. Aisowieren is timely and divinely ordained by God shouldn’t be altered by anyone unless such person is an agent of setback.
“As umpire to youth organisation covering over One Hundred and Eighty Five LGA’s, our choice on who to represent Edo at the NDDC board is Hon. Patrick Aisowieren. This we have resolved.
“We believe that he will bring his wealth of experience in as it relates to making the region great.”
NDYM is the umbrella body of youth’s organizations across the nine oil producing states in the Niger-Delta States Region.
While congratulating Hon. Aisowieren and other board members, the National Secretary of Niger-Delta Youth Movement, (NDYM), Comrade Ediagbonya Osamuyi Joshua noted that with the recent constitution of the board, oil producing areas are in for better benefit.
