Movement Salutes Osagie Ize-Iyamu As Member Of APC Transition Committee

…Says he is a dependable ally, reliable, steady source of support

The Akpakomiza-Denco Neighbour To Neighbour Campaign Movement has described Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu as a dependable ally, reliable, steady source of support and a man who stood his ground for Edo Central Senatorial District to produce the next governor of Edo State which metamorphosed to the emergence of Senator Monday Okpebholo as APC governorship candidate and later the Governor-Elect of Edo State.

This was contained in a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the Movement by the state Coordinator of the Movement, Hon. Barr. Vincent Ose Akhere made available to journalists on the recent appointment of Osagie Ize-Iyamu as member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Transition Committee.

Barr. Akhere noted that Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu’s appointment into APC Transition Committee is a well-deserved reward having contributed immensely to the emergence of Senator Monday Okpebholo as APC 2024 governorship candidate and later came out victorious at the polls as the Governor-Elect of Edo State.

“Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu never hid how passionate he is about preserving the dwindling fortunes of the state. He is also relational; those he leads are not viewed as mere employees, servants, or objects. Above all, he is a visionary leader and has solid vision for the future and gravitates toward it,” he said.

Going further, the Edo State former Commissioner for Arts, Culture and Tourism added that Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu is not desperate for political power and people should not mistake his passion for good governance for desperation. “He is not a slave to an ambition and has many reasons for being in politics. There are those who see politics as an avenue to make money but for Ize-Iyamu, the best place to make money is in business.

“Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu is a grassroots politician and a man with a network of supporters across the state and country with genuine plans to contribute to the growth and development of Edo State. He believes in human security and community security, because when there is security, creativity thrives and investments are attracted.
