APC, Igueben Chairmanship Aspirant, Maxwell Isima Congratulates Fred Itua, CPS To Edo Gov, On His Induction Into NIPR

A frontline Chairmanship Aspirant on the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Igueben Local Government Council, Mr. Maxwell Isima today congratulates Mr. Fred Itua, Chief Press Secretary to the Edo State Governor, on his formal induction into the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) as an Associate.
This was contained in a congratulatory message personally signed by Maxwell Isima and made available to newsmen in Benin, the state capital.
The induction ceremony, held in Abuja on Friday, September 12, 2025, brought together leading voices in governance, communication, and public relations, further underscoring the prestige of the NIPR as the country’s foremost professional body regulating and advancing the practice of public relations.
According to Maxwell, Mr. Itua’s induction into NIPR is a well-deserved recognition of hard work, professionalism, and dedication to the noble art of public relations and governance communication, noted that the achievements is a milestone not just personal but a proud moment for Edo State.
“Mr. Itua’s professionalism continues to enhance our government’s image, and his recognition by NIPR will further strengthen the credibility and integrity of our communication machinery,” he added.
Going further, the Igueben Chairmanship Aspirant emphasized that Edo State values capacity building, professionalism, and excellence among its officials. He eulogized Itua’s consistent delivery of effective communication strategies, which, he noted, have positioned the state government as transparent and people-focused.
