One of the leading candidate in the forthcoming local government chairmanship aspirant for Esan South-East Local Government Area on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Emmanuel Ehimare Okodugha has congratulated Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State as he marks his 65th birthday today July 1st, 2022.
