One Love Foundation, a non-governmental and non-profit making foundation, have condemned the killing of Omobalanle Raheem, Esq., a Lagos based lawyer.

Recall Barr. Omobalanle Raheem was murdered in the presence of her husband and kids at Ajah on their way from Christmas Eve Church Service by a Police Officer.

In a statement issued by Barr. Samuel Ihensekhien, Legal Representative of the Foundation said that the President, Chief Sir Patrick Elohor expresses deepest regret and also his condolences to the family of Omobalanle Raheem, Esq.

Part of the statement reads, “The president of One Love Foundation, Sir Patrick Elohor expresses his deepest regret and also his condolences to the family of Omobalanle Raheem, Esq.

“The Foundation also call for the retraining and reform of the Nigerian Police officers after the sad incident that happened yesterday at Ajah Lagos which led to the killing of a legal practitioner.

“The Foundation here by call on the Lagos State Commissioner of Police and also the IGP to investigate the killing of Omobalanle Raheem, Esq by a police officer at Ajah Lagos.”
