Edo Guber: Edo Queens Political Support Group Declares Support For Ighodalo, Ogie

The Edo Queens Political Support Group today, 13th April, 2024 formally declared its support for candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Asue Ighodalo/Osarodion Ogie in the forthcoming Edo State gubernatorial election slated for September, 21, 2024.
The Edo Queens Political Support Group membership cut across the 18 local government areas of Edo State and has been in existing for the past one year.
Addressing the Deputy Governorship candidate, Barr. Osarodion Ogie at his residence in Benin City, Edo State capital, the State Coordinator of the Group, Rtn. Kate Odeh said the Group watched with keen interest the activities of the three major political parties in the state and came into conclusion that the only party among the three that have the vision and ideology of the group with major focus to ameliorating the demands of the downtrodden in the society is that of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
While congratulating Barr. Ogie on his emergence as Deputy Governorship Candidate of PDP, the group said the reason behind their coming is to formally pledge its total support to the course and aspiration of Asue Ighodalo/Osarodion Ogie (OiO2) so as to succeed the governor of Edo State Mr. Godwin Obaseki and his deputy, Engr. Marvellous Omobayo come September 21st governorship election.
Responding, the PDP Deputy Governorship candidate, Barr. Osarodion Ogie said he is glad to receive the group and feel happy to identify with them.
He admonished the group to help market them, the PDP governorship and deputy governorship candidate to every nooks and crannies of Edo State to ensure victory is achieved during the September 21 governorship election.
