Hon. Solomon Taiwo, Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Executive Governor of Edo Mr. Godwin Obaseki has disclosed that since the appointment of Hon. Momoh Ojo Andrew a.k.a. “Special” as Akoko-Edo PDP Campaign Deputy Director, there is severe depression in the camp of the opposition party, the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the local government area of the State.

Recall, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) recently appointed Hon. Momoh Ojo Andrew, Campaign Deputy Director in charge of Akoko-Edo local government area.

Speaking to The9jaTREND, Hon. Solomon Taiwo said, “The news of inauguration of
Hon. Momoh Ojo Andrew a.k.a. ‘Special’ as Campaign Deputy Director has caused severe depression to the opposition party, the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the local government area.”

Taiwo noted that with Hon. Momoh wealth of experience as a member of the PDP Technical Committee, a former Legislator and former LGA Chairman of the PDP who has also contributed immensely in sustaining the party in Akoko-Edo, PDP should be rest assured of smooth ride to Osadebey Avenue come September 21st governorship election.

“Hon. Momoh is a political juggernaut, a respected political figure in the Okpameri speaking communities with the highest voting population, his political influence cut across the length and breath in Akoko-Edo local government area.

“Hon. Momoh has vowed to deliver the PDP in the local government; he is set to hit the ground running by connecting with all sagacious members to put up their political gauntlet to knock down the APC in the local government.”

He noted, “The untold hardship caused by the APC led Federal Government must not be rewarded.

“PDP stakeholders in the local government expressed satisfaction for Hon. Momoh’s choice to lead the campaign in Akoko-Edo.

“Hon. Momoh has promised to release the local government campaign itinerary to enable party commence issues based campaign,” he added.
