CRPP Declare Support For Asue/Ogie Ticket

The Coalition of Registered Political Parties (CRPP) Edo State on Tuesday backed the Candidacy of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship candidate, Asue Ighodalo and his mate, Osarodion Ogie in the September 21st Edo governorship election saying the PDP candidate more credible to lead Edo people.
The9jaTREND disclosed that a statement by the Edo State Chairman CRPP, Samson Isibor, and Secretary, Andrew Ogbebor said the decision to rally support for the PDP candidate is based on his antecedent and pedigree.
Isibor said the CRPP have resolved to support and campaign for Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie joint ticket Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates respectively of the PDP in the September 21st governorship election.
The statement reads in part, ” The Coalition of Registered Political Parties (CRPP) came to the conclusion after extensive consultations with the grassroot members of our group in the 18 Local Government Councils of Edo State.
“We assess the antecedent and pedigree of each contesting candidate, we found the PDP candidates more credible to lead Edo people to the promised land.”
According to Isibor, Asue Ighodalo is a master planner , a first class administrator whom the CRPP believes will deliver the expected dividend of democracy to the masses of the state.
The CRPP called on all its members in the 18 Local Government Councils of the state to work assiduously to vote Asue/Ogie ticket of the PDP in the September 21st governorship election.
