Etsako Central LGC Acting Chairman, Yakubu Holds Security Council Meeting

As part of his administration’s resolve to prioritize security for the safety of the residents in Etsako Central local government area, Acting Chairman of Etsako Central Local Government Council, Hon. Cephas Yakubu Muhammed has presided over his first security council meeting of the local government.
The meeting which was attended by heads of security operatives in the local government, Chiefs and others was held at the secretariat hall where important issues affecting the people and how to achieve lasting solution to the unforeseen insecurity and peace among the people of the local government were discussed.
Speaking at the end of the meeting, Hon. Cephas Yakubu said the meeting was a proactive measure and appreciated the synergy between the operatives and their effort of always putting their lives in line to ensure that there is peace within the local government area.
He reiterated his commitment in ensuring the safety of lives and properties of residents irrespective of tribes and communities while charging the people to always report any suspicious movement of people or crime to the security operatives to avoid any breakdown of law and order.
