Good Friday, A Powerful Reminder Of Love, Selflessness, Redemption – Dr. Aziegbemi

The Chairman, Caretaker Committee of Edo State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Tony Aziegbemi has urged Christian faithful to understand the important of Good Friday which is a powerful reminder of love, selflessness and redemption.
Aziegbemi who stated this in his Good Friday message to Christian faithful across the state, nation and the world urged Christians to also note that it teaches us the important of compassion, unity and unwavering faith in the face of trial.
The message read:
“On this solemn occasion of Good Friday, the Edo State PDP Caretaker Committee joins Christians across the state, nation, and the world in reflecting on the profound sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ.
“Good Friday is a powerful reminder of love, selflessness, and redemption. It teaches us the importance of compassion, unity, and unwavering faith in the face of trials. As we remember Christ’s suffering and crucifixion, let us also be inspired to live lives that reflect peace, sacrifice, and service to humanity.
“We urge all Edo people to use this period to pray for our state and nation – especially for unity, progress, and enduring peace. May this season strengthen our collective resolve to build a better future for all.
“Wishing you a reflective and blessed Good Friday.”
