GLORY OZIEGBE MOMODU: A CATALYST FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN ESAN LAND
Engr. Glory Oziegbe Momodu has pledged to prioritize the development of rural areas in Esanland, recognizing the immense potential and untapped resources that exist in these communities. As a leader who is deeply rooted in the culture and traditions of Esan people, momodu understands the unique challenges faced by rural dwellers and is committed to addressing them.
His rural development agenda will focus on construction of roads, and other critical infrastructure to connect rural communities to urban centers and facilitate economic growth, he will support farmers through provision of modern farming equipment, seeds, and fertilizers, as well as training and capacity building program, he will establish new schools and healthcare facilities, as well as upgrading of existing ones, to ensure that rural dwellers have access to quality education and healthcare services, he will also implement initiatives aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, job creation, and economic growth in rural areas, such as, skills training programs and microfinance schemes.
Momodu main aim of developing rural areas in Esan land, is to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas, promote inclusive growth, and ensure that the benefits of development reach all corners of Esan land.
