A frontline Edo Central Senatorial Aspirant in the forthcoming By-Election under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Engr. Glory Oziegbe Momodu has extended warm greetings to workers across Edo Central Senatorial District in particular and Edo State at large, applauding their resilience, dedication, and essential contributions to development.

In his statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Benin, Engr. Glory Oziegbe Momodu emphasized that the true strength of any society lies in the hands of its workers — the teachers, farmers, civil servants, traders, artisans, and public sector professionals who drive community growth daily.

According to him, “Our people deserve more than promises — they deserve action, from the civil service to the farms and schools, the hands that build our communities must be protected, uplifted, and celebrated,” he stated.

Momodu who highlighted his core agenda, reiterated his commitment to provide clean and reliable water to all Esan communities, advocate for fair labour laws and worker protections, invest in skills development and economic empowerment and push for inclusive, transparent, and people-centered leadership

He emphasized that as a senator, his goal will be to legislate and lead with integrity, ensuring the voices of everyday people are heard and respected in the policymaking process.

“As we celebrate Workers’ Day, I salute the strength, sacrifices, and spirit of every worker in Edo Central. You are the backbone of our progress. With your support, we will build a stronger, fairer future together,” he added.
