All roads leads to Senate Chamber of the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State capital as Nigeria Economic Society, Edo State Chapter (NES-EDO) in conjunction with Policy House International organize a Public Lecture and Policy Colloquium with the theme: “Bridging The Deficit: Public-Private Partnership for Sustainable Infrastructure and National Prosperity in Honour of Rt. Rev. (Dr) Bishop Matthew Okpebholo, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ray Royal Construction Company Limited.

In a statement made available to journalists in Benin, Edo State capital, the Chairman, NES-EDO, Dr. Francis Ilenkoa Igberaese, FMNES, AABRM and Prof. Friday Ovenseri-Ogbomo, FMNBSE, Secretary, NES-EDO said Engr. Emmanuel Okoebor, Hon. Commissioner of Finance, Edo State is the Guest of Honour, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 3rd July, 2025 begin by 10.00am in the morning while Guest Lecturer is Jobson Osedlon Ewalefoh, Ph.D, Director General, Infrastructural Concession Regulatory Commission, Abuja.

Dr. Igberaese further added that the Guest of Honour of the events is Dr. Charles Osahon Imaru, Managing Director/CEO, Chamaru Unique Business Solution, while Chairman of the Event is Mr. Taiwo Akerele, International Development Expert, (Former Chief of Staff, Edo State), and the Chief Host is Prof. Edoba B. Omoregide, Chancellor, Univrsity of Benin, Benin City, Edo State.

Going further, Dr. Igberaese added that the panelists include Dr. Judith Omon Iseghohi, FMNES, Development Economist, Dr. Hillary Akomen Isikhuemen, FMES, Monetary and International Economist, Monday Itua, International Trade and Financial Economist,

Dr. Igberaese who said that the event was an opportunity for members of the public to gain knowledge on public-private partnership for sustainable infrastructure and national prosperity added that a session was created for all participants to ask questions and contribute meaningfully to the topic of the day.
