A Benin Chief, Etinosa Omuemu has unveiled a 20 chapter book titled “You Can Escape The Matrix: Read And Grow Rich” in Benin.
Addressing Journalists in Benin, the author of the book, Omuemu said the book, with the theme: From reading to revenue – empowering a new generation through the digital economy is a must read as it has the capacity of transforming lives.
He said in this present day, Nigerians need books that can really lead them and grow them into something better.
According to him “With this portal, we can convert toxic and violence into innovation and skills. To empower employable prison inmates with skills that can empower them financially, do before release.
“Thus, we put an end to jail-based jail time, which is prisoners released going back to prison because they are rejected out of stigma and have no option than going back to crime as the only way to survive.
“Three, make vital self-funding while students can, and to finance their studies. Make teaching rewarding, giving teachers gratuitous opportunities both in service and at retirement.
“Five, and restore dignity to journalism. Help reporters build a digital economy so that they can retire after five years of service to truth. If all these sound too good to be true, I wouldn’t be surprised.
“Don’t forget, we live in an age of far-reaching, anyplace in human history. Nothing is impossible. This is the world of AI”.
The book reviewer, Prof. Emmanuel Adeleke of the University of Benin, described the book as “epic motivational literature” with “unusual insight and power.”
He praised the author’s remarkable life story, from “rags to riches”, and noted the book’s ability to inspire and motivate readers.
While commending the author of the book for doing a wonderful job, appealed that the book should be included in the university’s curriculum.
“All those who have had the privilege of reading this book have said wonderful things about it. I align myself with their sentiments.
“The author has done well. The book lives up to all the information and positive ranking that’s received. And I assure you, it’s going to bust every record.
“The book is worth reading and I, at the earliest opportunity, recommend it for inclusion in the curriculum of university students.
“This book will galvanize them into the kind of pathway that will result in positive action. Our mission will be the better for it”.
