A frontline Igueben Local Government Council Chairmanship Aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Maxwell Isima today celebrates former member of the Edo State House of Assembly who represented Igueben Constituency in the 7th Assembly, Hon. Ephraim Otaigbe Aluebhosele as he marks his birthday today the 15th day of December, 2025.

Maxwell Isima noted that Hon. Aluebhosele who is the current Chairman of the Governing Council of the Edo State College of Education, Igueben, whose tenure at EDHA spanned from May 2019 to May 2023, is a distinguished leader with over three decades of experience straddling public service, private enterprise, and institutional governance.
According to him, “As Chairman of the Governing Council of Edo State College of Education, Igueben, he brings a wealth of strategic insight, policy expertise, and stakeholder engagement to the advancement of educational excellence in Edo State.
“I eternally grateful for your generous and immeasurable contributions to the growth of IGUEBEN in particular and Edo State in general. Your concern for the well-being, progress and development of IGUEBEN is unprecedented and highly commendable. You are indeed a man of God with heart of gold.”
