GLORY OZIEGBE MOMODU LEADS THE CHARGE FOR APC’S VICTORY IN EDO CENTRAL
“When the broom sweeps together, no dirt is left behind.” This age-old proverb rang true today as the people of Edo Central Senatorial District came out en masse to exercise their civic duty in the senatorial by-election. Among them was APC Senatorial Aspirant, Glory Oziegbe Momodu, who, during an exclusive interview with Channels TV, reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Hon. Dr. Joe Ikpea.
Speaking with poise and conviction, Momodu emphasized the significance of unity within the party, underscoring the collective responsibility of all stakeholders in ensuring progress and development for Edo Central. “Today, I joined thousands of committed party faithful across Edo Central to cast my vote in support of Hon. Dr. Joe Ikpea, our APC Senatorial Candidate,” he said.
Momodu, who had contested alongside Hon. Dr. Ikpea during the APC primaries, reflected on his journey within the party and the need to prioritize loyalty over personal ambition. “As someone who had the privilege of contesting in the primaries, I understand the importance of standing together as one. The decision of the APC is a decision for progress, and I am fully aligned with this mandate,” he declared.
