NIGERIA @64: Adewumi Calls For Unity Among Nigerians For A Better Nigeria

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akoko-Edo local government area of Edo State and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CE, Trig Energy Limited, Ted-Force Movement, Adewumi Humphrey Teddy has admonished Nigerian to join hands together for a better Nigerians.
In his 64th Independence Anniversary message to Nigerians, Teddy while calling for reflection on the trajectory successes and challenges as a nation by leaders and citizens alike, noted that the struggles for independence was a pursuit of nobles who considered freedom as a panacea to realizing the collective interest of her people; sacrifices made in pain and discomfort must not be jeopardized by greed and avarice.
He expressed the role our forefathers played to ensure that Nigeria remains as one and peaceful nation.
According to him, “Today is remarkable in our nation’s history. Reservations and sentiments are relative owing to the present economic challenges that have almost obliterated the little hope left in Nigerians, but against the backdrop of these seemingly endless travails we should be concerned and hopeful for a better Nigeria, contributing our little quota, where and when necessary.
“Amongst the plethora of our concern, I pray that we all work with Government at all levels and arms to ensure peace, unity, secured and prosperous society for us all to live.”
The APC chieftain further urged Nigerians to join in prayers for the strengthening of core institutions in the country for the Nation to thrive more.
While calling on Nigerians to join hands to lift the nation as this is the only nation we can truly and genuinely call our own, the MD/CEO Trig Energy Ltd, Ted-Force Movement pray to God Almighty to continue to guide and keep us in peace and unity.
