D’Prince Builders Have No Right To Claim Iguoshodin Nebudin Land – Afolabi

The Counsel to Iguoshodin Nebudin Community, Emmanuel Olayiwola Afolabi, Esq, has on behalf of the entire people of the village reacted to the announcement made by D’Prince Builders Management laying claims to the property in Ogbeson.

This was contain in a press release issued and signed by Emmanuel Olayiwola Afolabi Esq, on behalf of Iguoshodin Nebudin Community, made available to newsmen.

He said the issue of the existence of Ogbeson as a community in Ovia North-East Local Government Area of Edo State or a quarter in Iguoshodin Nebudin Community of Ovia North-East Local Government of Edo State is a subject of litigation in Suit No. HCOK/69/2021 before the Edo State High Court, Okada.

It is also on record, that the Palace of the Oba of Benin pronounced that Ogbeson is a quarter in Iguoshodin Nebudin Community in Ovia North-East Local Government Area of Edo State, and the Odionwere of Iguoshodin Nebudin oversees all the quarters in the community.

The Iguoshodin Nebudin Counsel used the medium to inform the general public that whosoever transact business with D’Prince Builders Management in respect of the parcel of land now in dispute before the Edo State High Court, Okada does so at his or her own risk.

The general public is hereby advised not to deal with any person or group of persons in respect of land of the area which is subject of litigation and D’Prince Builders is hereby advised to take note.
