Edo LP Chairman, Ogbaloi Honour With IION Award By CFESVO

…presents letter of commendation to State Secretary, Comrade Frederick Akhere

Edo State Chairman of Labour Party (LP), Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi has received Award of Ethical Leadership and Conduct Compliance Certificate of Integrity Icon of Nigeria (IION) from Centre For Ethics and Self Value Orientation (CFESVO) based in Lokoja, Kogi State.

The award was presented to Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi by the Executive Director of the Centre, Ethicist (Prince) Salih Musa Yakubu at the State Party secretariat of Labour Party in Benin City, Edo State capital.

While decorating and presenting the award to Comrade Ogbaloi, Prince Salih Yakubu revealed that the centre has professionally trained agents across the 36 States of Nigeria and beyond who secretly carry out thorough and discrete investigations on individuals and corporate bodies to ascertain their level of transparency and accountability, and based on the reports of their whistle blowers,  Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi passed all their secret test on him.

The letter conveying the award read in parts; “The Center For Ethics and Self Value Orientation (CFESVO) an Internationally recognized Non-Governmental Organization based in Lokoja, Kogi State, majored in anti-corruption, promoting ethical conduct and leadership, providing ethical education and self – value orientation of global citizens have in their independent secret investigations and findings, devoid of any interferences found the State Chairman of LP, Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi worthy of the Award of Ethical Leadership & Conduct Compliance Certificate and  to bear the honorific title of; Integrity Icon of Nigeria (IION) with effect from this day 21/6/2023.

“This is in recognition of your commitment to community/humanity service, integrity, National interest, due process compliance, innovativeness, emotional intelligence,   participatory management style, party harmony, conflicts prevention and management, peace building, transparency/accountable leadership, professional ethics compliance and ethical uprightness in Political Party management and administration”.

In a related development, the Centre equally presented to the State Secretary of the party, Comrade Dr. Frederick Akhere  “Letter of Commendation For Outstanding Professional Ethnics Compliance/Quality Service Delivery in Political Party Administration and Management in Nigeria.”

According to the letter,   “Upon the conclusion of the 16 months independent secret assessment program to 774 LGAs in Nigeria, you, Comrade Frederick Akhere, State Secretary, Labour Party is one of the top 100 senior officers of Political parties recommended for this commendation by our whistle blowers after the exercise in your place of primary assignment hence this letter”.

In a congratulatory message issued and signed by Comrade Sam Uroupa, State Publicity Secretary/Image Maker of Edo State LP said that the party is proud of its Chairman, Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi and Secretary, Comrade Frederick Akhere on the Award bestowed on them.

“As a party, we are proud of our Chairman and Secretary Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi and Comrade Frederick Akhere respectively for bringing us these honours. This has proved the mudslingers wrong who make unverifiable allegations of corruption against our chairman and the party.

“I have stated earlier in several fora that Comrade Ogbaloi belongs to the class of Eagle whose place is far above the sky. The assessment of this independent investigator is clear testament of his person.

“According to the centre, Edo State chapter of LP scored 74% in a Cumulative Corporate assessment and is ranked 1st in South-South and top 10 in Nigeria. Little did we know that an internationally recognized independent anti-corruption body has been beaming it searchlight on us but to the glory of God they could not find any stain on our leadership,” he said.
