Former Edo State Commissioner for Arts, Culture and Tourism, Barr. Vincent Ose Akhere has described Chief Dan Osi Orbih, National Vice Chairman, South-South of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Esama of Uromi Kingdom as a quintessential leader as he marks his birthday today, 27th of October.

This was contained in a birthday message personally signed by Barr. Vincent Ose Akhere, former Chairman, Esan North-East local Government Council of Edo State and made available to newsmen in Benin City, Edo State capital today.

Barr. Akhere who recalled in the year 2009 when Chief Dan Osi Orbih appointed him into a five-man panel sent to far away Niger State to screen the then House of Assembly aspirants noted that his reward of loyalty paved the way for such recommendation.

Also in the statement, the legal luminary and foremost Educationist noted that Chief Dan Osi Orbih has consistently exhibited uncommon wisdom, remarkable vision and exemplary leadership and wishes him many more years of celebration in good health and happiness, praying that God Almighty grants him wisdom and grace to continue to serve our great nation, Nigeria.
