Angry JAMB Candidates Vandalise Centre Over System Failure

Some angry candidates of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) have been caught on camera vandalizing an examination centre over system failure.

A video sighted showed the environment in chaos as the candidates continuously broke the plastic chairs at the center
The incident occurred on Friday at a JAMB CBT centre located at Abimbola Excel School, Elesin, Amuloko area, Akanran road, Ona Ara LGA, Ibadan, Oyo state.
It was also gathered that the technical difficulties delayed their Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Some security personnel were also seen in the video trying to restore normalcy.
The UTME which commenced on Thursday 24th of April is expected to conclude on the 5th of May, 2025.
