The Special Adviser (SA) to the Executive Governor of Edo State on Political Engagements and Mobilisation, Hon. Eugene Utubor has described the appointment of Barr. Vincent Oseyangbonnaye Akhere as Special Adviser (SA) Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State as a round peg in a round hole.
This was contained in a congratulatory message personally signed by Eugene Utabor and made available to news men in Benin City, Edo State capital today.
