Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu’s (POI) quest to represent Edo South Senatorial District in the Red Chamber of the National Assembly has received a significant boost with endorsements from prominent political figures.
Former Edo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr. Samson Osagie, former member of the Fed. House of Representatives, Rt. Bello Rasaq-Osagie have both voiced their support for Ize-Iyamu, describing him as a political leader the Bini people can trust.
Their validation underscores Ize-Iyamu’s deep roots and influence within the region.
During a recent visit to Hon. Rasaq Bello Osagie, Ize-Iyamu, formally declared his senatorial ambition for the Edo South Senatorial District.
As a founding member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ize-Iyamu emphasized his capacity to bring positive change to the district.
He expressed his commitment to repositioning Edo South, promising to restore it to its former glory if given the opportunity to serve.
A key theme of Ize-Iyamu’s campaign is unity. He stressed the importance of Edo South speaking with one voice to achieve progress.
He assured his supporters that as their senator, he would effectively represent their interests and have direct access to the President to address critical issues facing the Edo south people and state.
