The real estate entrepreneur and philanthropist has pledged a fully furnished property worth N500 million in Abuja to the NBM of Africa Worldwide, in what the organisation described as a landmark investment in service to humanity.
The commitment was made when the President of NBM of Africa Worldwide, Dr Charles Chimezie, Ph.D., paid a courtesy visit to Lord Adah at Ochacho Home in London to celebrate his 49th birthday.
The occasion, which could have been marked simply with birthday felicitations, was transformed into an opportunity to give back to society as the property mogul announced his decision to provide the NBM with the valuable property, which is scheduled for formal presentation on December 7, 2026.
Lord Adah’s gesture has brought the humanitarian dimension of his real estate enterprise into sharper focus, demonstrating how property development can also become a vehicle for social investment, institutional growth and community development.
Through Ochacho Groups, the businessman has established a strong presence in the real estate sector, with his name associated with property development and the provision of modern housing solutions.
