Special Adviser (SA) to the Governor on Political Matters, Mobilization, and Engagement as he marks his birthday anniversary.
This was contained in a special birthday message personally signed by Maxwell Isima and made available to newsmen in Benin, the state capital.
In his birthday message, the Igueben APC Chairmanship Aspirant who described Hon. Eugene Utubor as a grassroots mobilizer who played major role during the immediate past Edo State governorship election, noted that such role metamorphosed him into such exalting position as SA to Governor Monday Okpebholo on Political Matters, Mobilization, and Engagement.
He pray to God Almighty for His protection and guidance towards the life of Eugene Utubor as he continues mobilizing supporters to the APC – the ruling party in Edo State.
