Community Approval Paper Is Same As Land Allocation, Says PPPC Chairman

The State Chairman of Edo State Private Property Protection Committee, (PPPC), Justice Alero Edodo-Eruaga (Rtd) has re-emphasized that when community approval papers are given to prospective land buyers, it is expected that a parcel of land should have been earmarked for the said approval, and appropriate records kept.
Justice Edodo-Eruaga made this vital clarification recently, while giving a brief remark on the case of one Solomon Omogiate vs David Ehiarimwan and Youths of Evbuarhue Community pending before the Committee.
However the case was adjourned for further hearing,
Similarly, the Committee Chairman urged Edo Communities to always embraces dialogue as a panacea to resolving family land disputes,
She gave this advice while resolving the case of one Lewis Iregor vs Matthew Fada and others pending before the Committee.
Also, arrest and detention order has been placed on His Royal Highness Napoleon Osazuwa, Enogie of Utesi, Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area.
The said Enogie is said to have failed severally to also appear before the Committee.
Recently, the case of one Ijeoma Eze and Jude was concluded due to the fact that, the settlement initiated by the Committee to both parties succeeded.
