NANNS Honours Ebosele Okhifoh With Distinguished Merit Award

A popular Benin based Legal Practitioner, a Notary Public of Nigeria (NPN) and philanthropist, Barr. Ebosele Okhifoh, the Managing Principal Partner of Ebosele Okhifoh and Coy has received a distinguished Merit Award of recognition.

The award was bestowed on Ebosele Okhifoh Esq. by the Executive of the National Association of Northern Nigerian Students (NANNS) in Benin City, Edo State capital.

While presenting the Award, leader of the Association, Mr. Abdulrahman Ibrahim said that the award bestowed on Barr. Okhifoh was as a result of his philanthropist as “Epitome of Societal Development” in recognition of his immense contribution toward Development, Educaiton Upliftment, his engagement and selfless service to humanity.

“This award is in recognition of your philanthropist as “Epitome of Societal Development” in recognition of your immense contribution toward Development, Educaiton Upliftment, your engagement and selfless service to humanity,” he said.

Mr. Ibrahim added that the past awardee of the Association include Chief Chris Uche SAN and the Chairman, National Assembly Service Commission amongst others.

In his acceptance speech, Barr. Ebosele Okhifoh, a one-time Publicity Secretary and Legal Adviser of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Benin branch as well as one-time member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) National Executive Committee (NEC), thanked the Association for the award and pledged to continue the good work.

According to Okhifoh Esq., “I was surprised because I never knew that my activities were been monitored by anybody or Association.”

Going further, Ebosele Okhifoh Esq., a one time Senior Reporter with the Edo Broadcsting Service (EBS) and Secretary of the EBS Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) before venturing into the legal proffession urged people to always strive to assist humanity where possible and even when your good deeds are not appreciated by the people, God will always take note.

“My advice to people is that, they should always strive to assist humanity where possible and even when your good deeds are not appreciated by the people, God will always take note and bless you accordingly,” he advised.
