Popular DJ Commissioner Wysei Detains In Kirikiri Prison Over Alleged Police Assault

Popular Nigeria Disc Jockey, lwuagwu Patricia Ebere also known as DJ Commissioner Wysei has been remanded by the Magistrate Court sitting at Eti-Osa to the Kirikiri Correctional facility till May 8, 2024, for assaulting police officers in Lagos.
SP Benjamin Hundeyin, Spokesperson, Lagos State Police Command posted this on his X handle while confirming the DJ Commissioner Wysei being remanded at Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
Hundeyin remarked that DJ was arrested for assaulting police officers, resisting arrest, and obstructing police officers in the discharge of their duties.
“For assaulting police officers, resisting arrest, and obstructing police officers in the discharge of their duties, lwuagwu Ebere aged 29, popularly known as DJ Commissioner Wysei has been remanded in Kirikiri Correctional Facility by the Magistrate Court order till May 8, 2024, while her bouncers who aided and abetted her were remanded in Ikoyi Correctional Facility,” he stated.
