Children’s Day: Focus On Your Studies, Oligbi-Edeko Urges Nigerian Kids

The Deputy Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Mrs) Maria Omozele Oligbi-Edeko has extended her heartfelt congratulations to every Nigerian child and urged them to focus on their studies.

In her congratulatory message to children in Edo State in commemoration of this year Children’s Day celebration, Oligbi-Edeko urged parents and stakeholders not to relent in the efforts to ensure that the education of the girl-child is sustained

She noted that Education remained the main focus of governor Godwin Obaseki led administration adding that, the state government initiative on education in the state gives confidence that Edo state has a bright future.

“Our Children are our future, and the Edobest initiative gives us confidence that we are on the right path and that the future of our children is bright.

“As a mother, I extend my best wishes to children all over the country with special reference to less privileged,” she said.
