Friday Itulah JP, has described the matriarch of the Ugbesia’s Dynasty, Chief Dr. Lilly Odion-Ugbesia as an amazing woman whose vision and dedication have transformed countless lives and shaped the future of students of Lilydion International School in Esan South-East local government area of the state.
