There was a burst of excitement in Evbuotubu Community in Egor local government area of Edo State as Esther Foundation carried out a Christmas outreach to support the less privileged with the distribution of food items.
The outreach focused on the distribution of rice and other food items to support vulnerable individuals and households within the community. The gesture was aimed at easing the burden faced by residents during the Christmas period, especially in view of the current economic challenges.

The Founder of the Foundation, Miss Esosa Ajala, was represented at the outreach by the Edo State Coordinator, Miss Beatrice Alohan. She explained that the Foundation considers it important to reach out during the Christmas season as a way of showing the love of God through giving. She also noted that the support would help put smiles on the faces of many families during the festive period.
Among the beneficiaries were widower bike riders, Mr. Monday Osabouhien and Mr. Egberanmwen Edison. Also supported was a hairdresser, Mrs. Philomena Eboi, who has been a widow for nine years.

Other beneficiaries included Deaconess Mrs. Comfort Ighile, Mr. Enabulele Osasere, and Evangelist Suzzy Osageide, Founder of Anointed Counselling Prayer Ministry. Special attention was also given to Mrs. Grace Erhahon, a woman aged 107 years, as well as Miss Ivie Igiede.
In addition to the central distribution, several houses within the community were visited, where rice was shared directly with households to ensure wider reach and inclusion.
Residents of Evbuotubu community expressed appreciation for the kind gesture, describing the outreach as timely and impactful. The initiative further reflects Esther Foundation’s continued commitment to humanitarian service and community support, especially during seasons that call for love, sharing, and compassion.
